Olive
Provençal inspired. Full-bodied, packed with olives and the taste of thyme. A meal in itself. Makes a substantial sandwich when paired with meats and cheeses.

Ingredients
Unbleached white flour, water, pate ferment (unbleached white flour, water, salt, yeast), sour starter (water, unbleached white flour, stone-ground whole wheat flour), kalamata olives, whole rye flour, moroccan olives, stone-ground whole wheat flour, salt, yeast, thyme.
