Olive Fougasse
A traditional bread from the south of France. Full of Kalamata olives, and topped with a sprinkling of thyme and sea salt.

Ingredients
Unbleached white flour, water, biga (unbleached white flour, water, yeast), sour starter (water, unbleached white flour), Kalamata olives, olive oil, sea salt, thyme, salt, yeast, malted barley flour.
