ACE Bakery participated at this year's Good Food Festival on April 28th by hosting a cooking demonstration on the FoodTV stage. ACE Bakery's co-founder and cookbook author, Linda Haynes, prepared Baguette Flatbread and a Roasted Portobello Mushroom sandwich on Ficelle. The sandwich has a delicious blend of pesto and goat cheese and was prepared on ACE Ficelle. This savoury sandwich and many others are available at the ACE Fresh Bread Store and Café.

The ACE team was delighted to have an enthusiastic audience and enjoyed their time at the Good Food Festival.
